Returns & Refunds

We want your Bare Skin Apothecary order to arrive safely and accurately. Because our products are personal-care body products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bareskinapothecary.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If your order arrived damaged, missing, or incorrect, we will review it and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Unopened items

Unopened, unused items in their original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by our error.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, altered, or final-sale personal-care items cannot be returned.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
