Because our products are handmade personal-care items, opened or used products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales on opened items are final.

Unopened items

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@bareskinapothecary.com before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged, contained the wrong item, or had something missing, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at info@bareskinapothecary.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review and resolve it with a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances: opened or used personal-care products, final-sale items, and gift cards.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or card provider additional time to post the credit after we process it on our end.
