Processing time

Orders are typically prepared within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launch periods or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping rates

Current domestic shipping options include standard and express shipping. Final rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery timing

Carrier delivery timing may vary by destination and season. Once your package leaves our hands, carrier delays may be outside of our control.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. Bare Skin Apothecary is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Heat-sensitive products

Body butters and similar products may soften or melt during warm-weather transit. This does not necessarily mean the product is damaged. Let the product return to room temperature before opening when possible.
